Our Trainers
We have experienced qualified trainers in the areas of Personal Training, Exercise Referral, Children’s Exercise, Weight management and Nutrition, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching, Reiki, Corporate Fitness and Stress Management Training for Teachers.
Our trainers are qualified fitness professionals, and registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals. (Reps Level 3).

We can tailor your programme or training course, to suit your requirements ensuring you have all the professional advice and support that you need.


Our Services

Personal Training On a personal one to one basis, or “buddy training.” Tailored individual programmes in your own home, or outdoors, or workplace. Wedding & Holiday packages are also available.

Exercise Referral Specialist tailored exercise programs to assist in postural and back conditions, general fitness, pre-post natal, weight management and other related conditions.

Weight Management/Nutrition Analysis Body composition analysis, individual weight loss and wellness programmes - nutrition products.

Exercise Classes Pilates, Tai-chi - Yoga, Pre-post natal. Exercise and have fun, make new friends.

Hypnotherapy Can help with stress, anxiety, weight loss, fears, phobias, confidence, self-esteem, public speaking, & relationship issues.

Life Coaching If you want help in changing your career, making decisions, about your life and direction, then life coaching is for you.

Corporate Training Group fitness, & exercise classes. Personal training, body composition analysis, & stress management courses.

Schools Stress Management & Fitness Stress management courses, theoretical and practical sessions, recommended for PD days or twilight sessions.

Early Years & Primary schools Postural, exercise correction, and movement theoretical and practical courses for teachers and staff. Children & teacher’s Pilates, Yoga, fitness classes after school clubs, & activities.
