“ I have been training with Mind/Body Fitness for over a year now. I was overweight, out of shape, and really didn’t know which way to turn. After the initial consultation, my trainer told me that with the personal training programme, and by following the advice on exercise and nutrition. Eating healthily she would get me to where I wanted to be.
A year later, through exercising twice a week, and following the nutrition programme, I have lost 5 stone in weight! This was a huge achievement, for me!
