Our Mission
Our Mission is to reduce the levels of stress for teachers, by helping them
to understand how stress builds up in the short term, and long term, and also gives them a toolbox of skills and techniques for dealing with stress in
a more positive way. Therefore they will feel happier and more in control in the classroom, creating a better environment to be able to teach more effectively.
Benefits of Stress Management Training
Stress management training is now recognised as good practice to help support teachers in times of stress. It is a way to make a positive contribution to their well being, which in turn leads to reduced sickness and absentee levels, improved morale, increased productivity, and increased coping skills in the classroom. |
Our Approach
We specialise in mental and physical well-being, for teachers. And work closely with schools, we have run courses in the UK as well as abroad for the British Council.
We recommend our courses for a PD/ inset day or twilight sessions, and also present postural analysis, exercise correction and movement courses, for teachers and staff in early years and primary schools.
