Consultation
During your first consultation, your trainer will have a discussion about what you want to achieve from your training? They can then establish your initial goals and help you to complete your health and lifestyle questionnaire. This gives us an overview of your exercise history, and also addresses any medical considerations that you may be concerned about.

After putting your mind at ease, we can then tailor an individual program to suit your needs and lifestyle.

     

Once we have acquired information of your normal daily eating and meal plan, we can analyse your nutrition requirements, and then design an individual weight management program for you. So you can begin to lose that weight, feel healthy and look great!

First session
In the first session your trainer will carry out body composition and fitness tests; by taking your weight and measurements, blood pressure, resting heart rate, and body mass index. Then, depending on your training goals we will test your cardiovascular fitness, recovery time, muscular and core strength, posture, range of movement and flexibility.

  Over the weeks as you progress with your training plan we will incorporate new exercises to keep you challenged and motivated, whilst also monitoring your development by continually assessing your body composition and fitness.

Nutrition
After analysing your nutrition requirements, we can then design a weight management plan based on healthy eating and weight loss (if needed). For effective weight loss we can also advise you on our shape works healthy meal replacement products, by using these products they can help and support the metabolism, by utilising your body fat for energy whilst also giving you the correct nutrients.
