Personal & Small Group Fitness Training
One-on-one training to maximize results!! We can organize personal training for executives or small groups of 2 - 6. The personal trainer will support and guide them to achieve their health and fitness objectives by developing a specifically tailored fitness program. The sessions are fun and challenging whether in the company gym or outdoors.
Fitness Analysis
Help your staff discover their own fitness levels for a variety of fitness components as well as their ideal targets. The fitness components measured include body composition, cardiovascular fitness, abdominal strength, upper body and back strength, resting heart rate, lung function and flexibility. The body composition uses a new technology called Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) which accurately measures body fat and lean body mass. Including a regular fitness analysis allows participants to track their progress and learn which areas of their fitness they need to work on most. |
